Als nens pot arribar a ser encara m\u00e9s perjudicial. Molts pares amb bona intenci\u00f3 intenten protegir els seus fills que pateixen ansietat dels seus temors, per\u00f2, sobreprotegir-los pot empitjorar la situaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als trastorns d&#039;ansietat interactuen<strong> factors biol\u00f2gics, factors personals i factors ambientals.<\/strong> Entre els factors ambientals destaquen els esdeveniments de la vida o situacions traum\u00e0tiques, l&#039;estil educatiu dels pares, i, en general, els processos de socialitzaci\u00f3 que tots tenim al llarg de la nostra vida: fam\u00edlia, escola, amics, etc. Entre els factors personals estan implicats en la g\u00e8nesi i el manteniment dels trastorns d&#039;ansietat destaquen la <strong>valoraci\u00f3 personal i subjectiva<\/strong> que cada persona fa d&#039;un mateix (autoestima) i els trets de la nostra<strong> personalitat.<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;A continuaci\u00f3 us oferim alguns consells per ajudar els vostres fills a controlar la seva ansietat sense refor\u00e7ar-la. Quan els nens solen mostrar els primers senyals d&#039;ansietat, acostumem a pesar que se&#039;ls passar\u00e0; <strong>potser nom\u00e9s \u00e9s una nena nerviosa o t\u00edmida, per\u00f2 creixer\u00e0 i segurament se li passar\u00e0<\/strong>. Per\u00f2 quan l&#039;ansietat es torna tan recurrent i intensa que est\u00e0 seriosament interferint amb la vida d&#039;un nen, i la vida de la fam\u00edlia, \u00e9s absolutament important i necessari cercar ajuda professional.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alguns consells i recomanacions que hem de seguir s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents:<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Genera una rutina que afavoreixi que el nen tingui per\u00edodes on poder relaxar-se: <\/strong>Moltes vegades, els nens es troben sotmesos a rutines carregades de tasques i obligacions, per aix\u00f2 cal que els ajudis a trobar activitats on es puguin mantenir calmats i aconsegueixin relaxar-se.<\/li><li><strong>Donar import\u00e0ncia al que expressen:<\/strong> Normalment com a adults creiem que els problemes dels nens no tenen import\u00e0ncia o que \u00e9s molt poca, com que molts d&#039;ells generen grans preocupacions que han de ser ateses, \u00e9s important fer-los notar que som all\u00e0 per escoltar-los i ajudar-los.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Descobreix que ho est\u00e0 estressant:<\/strong> S\u00f3n molts els factors que poden generar ansietat i, de vegades, no s\u00f3n capa\u00e7os per ells mateixos d&#039;identificar l&#039;arrel del problema. \u00c9s necessari saber quin \u00e9s el principal causant dels s\u00edmptomes d&#039;ansietat.<\/li><li><strong>Motiva la seva autoestima:<\/strong> Quan se senti malament o frustrat, intenta recordar situacions passades on va aconseguir \u00e8xits o on va v\u00e8ncer obstacles de manera que siguin font una important font de motivaci\u00f3 a l&#039;hora d&#039;afrontar noves metes. A m\u00e9s, pots recordar-li i especificar-li els recursos que li van ser \u00fatils en aquell moment perqu\u00e8 aix\u00ed pugui usar-los davant de qualsevol nova situaci\u00f3 que pugui arribar.<\/li><li><strong>Proporciona-li un ambient d&#039;amor, seguretat i confian\u00e7a:<\/strong> \u00c9s necessari a l&#039;hora d&#039;assumir noves experi\u00e8ncies, que el nostre fill senti suport per part de nosaltres aix\u00ed com transmetre-li prou confian\u00e7a perqu\u00e8 pugui sentir-se capa\u00e7 d&#039;aconseguir el que sigui.
