Prendre nota que us en donarem alguns <strong>consells<\/strong> que us puguin ajudar en aquesta \u00e8poca i segur que a altres temps de vacances per als vostres<a href=\"\/ca\/\"https:> nens no verbals<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Espanya ja som a l&#039;estiu i \u00e9s una \u00e8poca que comencen a desestructurar-se els dies, a canviar molt\u00edssim la temperatura, els espais els objectes que ens envolten\u2026 Sense adonar-nos-en, hi ha molt\u00edssims canvis i per aix\u00f2, he considerat important, donar-vos alguns <strong>consells<\/strong>\u2026<em> preneu nota!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mantingues sempre una <strong>rutina<\/strong> per m\u00ednima que sigui que us faci sentir segur, que us faci sentir que hi ha alguna cosa que roman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 tingues en compte que tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important, poder adaptar-nos a noves circumst\u00e0ncies i de vegades, ens hem de perdonar si canviem aquesta estructura i armar-nos amb el doble de paci\u00e8ncia per assegurar-nos que els nostres nens no se&#039;n van amb ella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Observarem molt b\u00e9 la <strong>adaptaci\u00f3<\/strong> als nous espais. Apareixen a l&#039;escenari moments de platja, de muntanya, d&#039;anar-se&#039;n a casa d&#039;un familiar\u2026 On canviem tot all\u00f2 que ens envolta, on dormim, on mengem, les coses que manipulem. S\u00f3n moments de molt estr\u00e8s on generalment puja l&#039;ansietat i hem de fer un gran exercici d&#039;acompanyament. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobretot, per intentar llegir com el nostre nen viu cada un dels seus moments, diagnosticar quins no semblen afectar-lo, quins fins i tot sembla que li agraden i quins li resulten desagradables i provoquen conductes de rebuig i d&#039;activitat insostenible. Tots aquests moments s\u00f3n molt experimentals i ens ajudaran molt a educar els nostres fills en altres situacions que durant l&#039;any no tenim l&#039;oportunitat de viure. Aix\u00ed que intentar viure-les des d&#039;aquest prisma experimental i acompanyar els vostres nens, si hi ha problemes sensorials amb la sorra, si la calor excessiva \u00e9s estructura els vostres fills intentar sempre mantenir-vos en llocs fresquets a determinades hores del dia\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenir en compte tamb\u00e9 el tema de la <strong>roba<\/strong> que va molt embolicada amb el tema de la calor. Aqu\u00ed afegir\u00e9 que si podeu introduir el <strong>aigua<\/strong> en major mesura, \u00e9s un gran moment, encara que sigui omplint la banyera i permetent estar dist\u00e8s a falta d&#039;una piscina o una platja propera.
