Al contrari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha una veritat <strong>inc\u00f2moda<\/strong> que cada cop em costa m\u00e9s callar-me\u2026 quan entro en una aula, quan escolto una fam\u00edlia, quan parlo amb docents esgotats:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aix\u00f2 no \u00e9s inclusi\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 parlar de <a href=\"https:\/\/cristinaorozbajo.com\/ca\/la-incidencia-dalumnes-amb-autisme-a-les-aules-ha-augmentat-un-118-en-els-darrers-5-anys\/\">TEA<\/a><strong> a l&#039;aula<\/strong> no \u00e9s parlar de \u201cficar\u201d tots els nens a la mateixa classe i confiar que, pel simple fet d&#039;estar junts, tot funcionar\u00e0. Aix\u00f2 no \u00e9s educaci\u00f3 inclusiva. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s pres\u00e8ncia f\u00edsica sense condicions reals per aprendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I quan la inclusi\u00f3 s&#039;hi redueix \u2014a estar\u2014 all\u00f2 que apareix no \u00e9s conviv\u00e8ncia, sin\u00f3 <strong>estr\u00e8s<\/strong>. Estr\u00e8s per al nen que no ent\u00e9n qu\u00e8 se n&#039;espera. Estr\u00e8s per al docent que intenta sostenir-ho tot amb les mans buides. Estr\u00e8s per al grup, que percep la tensi\u00f3 i es contagia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&#039;error de base: confondre \u201cestar\u201d amb \u201cparticipar\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una escola pot dir \u201csom inclusius\u201d i, tanmateix, estar deixant un nen completament fora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 la inclusi\u00f3 real no es mesura per si el nen est\u00e0 assegut a una cadira dins de l&#039;aula. Es mesura per alguna cosa molt m\u00e9s inc\u00f2mode: <strong>si aquest nen pot participar, aprendre i pert\u00e0nyer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participar vol dir que ent\u00e9n qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 passant i t\u00e9 una manera d&#039;entrar a l&#039;activitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aprendre vol dir que l&#039;entorn est\u00e0 adaptat perqu\u00e8 l&#039;aprenentatge sigui possible, no nom\u00e9s desitjable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pert\u00e0nyer significa que l&#039;aula no viu com un lloc d&#039;amena\u00e7a constant, sin\u00f3 com un lloc on pot estar segur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan aquestes tres coses no hi s\u00f3n, el que fem no \u00e9s inclusi\u00f3. \u00c9s exposici\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e8 passa quan seguim aix\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El nen amb necessitats especials no apr\u00e8n\u2026 i el sistema ho interpreta com a \u201cconducta\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan un nen no t\u00e9 suports, no \u00e9s que \u201cno ho vulgui\u201d. \u00c9s que <strong>no pot<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No podeu sostenir l&#039;atenci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 l&#039;entorn us sobrecarrega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No podeu seguir instruccions perqu\u00e8 el llenguatge que fem servir no est\u00e0 ajustat al vostre nivell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No podeu esperar torns perqu\u00e8 no ent\u00e9n el sentit de l&#039;espera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No es pot regular perqu\u00e8 ning\u00fa no li va ensenyar qu\u00e8 fer amb el seu cos quan s&#039;activa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I llavors apareix el que el m\u00f3n anomena \u201cconducta\u201d: crits, fugides, empentes, plor, oposici\u00f3, rebequeries, bloquejos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 moltes vegades aix\u00f2 no \u00e9s cap problema de conducta. \u00c9s un problema de <strong>comunicaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s el cos dient: \u201cno entenc\u201d, \u201cem dol\u201d, \u201caix\u00f2 \u00e9s massa\u201d, \u201ctinc por\u201d, \u201cnecessito parar\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el nen no t\u00e9 una via alternativa per expressar-ho, el missatge surt per on pot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6c531013 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"940\" height=\"788\" src=\"https:\/\/cristinaorozbajo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Diseno-sin-titulo.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2408\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cristinaorozbajo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Diseno-sin-titulo.png 940w, https:\/\/cristinaorozbajo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Diseno-sin-titulo-300x251.png 300w, https:\/\/cristinaorozbajo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Diseno-sin-titulo-768x644.png 768w, https:\/\/cristinaorozbajo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Diseno-sin-titulo-14x12.png 14w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 940px) 100vw, 940px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Els seus companys tamb\u00e9 perden (i s&#039;hi instal\u00b7la una idea perillosa)<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan una aula est\u00e0 desbordada, el grup sencer se&#039;n ressent. Els companys no nom\u00e9s \u201cobserven\u201d el que passa: ho viuen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viuen interrupcions constants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viuen tensi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viuen por si hi ha crisis intenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I, si ning\u00fa no acompanya i explica, alguns nens comencen a construir una narrativa silenciosa: \u201caix\u00f2 \u00e9s injust\u201d, \u201caix\u00f2 em treu\u201d, \u201caix\u00f2 \u00e9s un problema\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s aqu\u00ed on la diversitat es converteix, injustament, en un enemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I aix\u00f2 \u00e9s devastador, perqu\u00e8 la inclusi\u00f3 hauria de ser el lloc on s&#039;apr\u00e8n a conviure amb all\u00f2 que \u00e9s diferent. Per\u00f2 perqu\u00e8 aix\u00f2 passi, l&#039;aula necessita estructura, suports i mediaci\u00f3 adulta. Si no, all\u00f2 que creix no \u00e9s empatia: \u00e9s rebuig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Els docents es cremen perqu\u00e8 se&#039;ls demana all\u00f2 impossible<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha una part daquesta conversa que sol quedar tapada per culpa i per por: el desgast docent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se li demana al mestre que ensenyi, que gestioni, que contingui, que adapti, que avalu\u00ef, que atengui 25 o 30 nens\u2026 i que a m\u00e9s sostingui situacions complexes sense formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica, sense suports estables i sense temps real per planificar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No \u00e9s manca de vocaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s manca de sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I quan el sistema falla, el cos del docent ho paga. Ansietat. Insomni. Sensaci\u00f3 d&#039;estar sempre arribant tard. Culpa per no poder amb tot. I, en massa casos, baixa m\u00e8dica o aband\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Persones que estimaven ensenyar acaben odiant la feina. I aix\u00f2 no nom\u00e9s \u00e9s trist: \u00e9s una p\u00e8rdua social enorme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les fam\u00edlies viuen en alerta permanent i acaben sentint-se culpables<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les trucades del col\u00b7legi es converteixen en una rutina:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cVeniu a buscar el vostre fill.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo podem m\u00e9s.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPotser necessita un centre especial.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I cada trucada no nom\u00e9s interromp la vida familiar. Tamb\u00e9 deixa un missatge emocional: \u201cel teu fill no encaixa\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A moltes mares i pares els passa una cosa molt dura: comencen a viure amb el tel\u00e8fon a la m\u00e0. Amb por que torni a passar. Amb vergonya. Amb culpa. Amb la sensaci\u00f3 que estan fallant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 no. No fallen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El que est\u00e0 fallant \u00e9s una <a href=\"https:\/\/cristinaorozbajo.com\/ca\/tips-integracio-ninosconnee-infantil-primaria-metodovicon\/\">inclusi\u00f3<\/a> sense recursos, que es ven com a dret per\u00f2 s&#039;executa com a improvisaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La inclusi\u00f3 real \u00e9s una altra cosa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La inclusi\u00f3 real no \u00e9s pas un acte de bona intenci\u00f3. \u00c9s un treball t\u00e8cnic, hum\u00e0 i sostingut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I comen\u00e7a per una pregunta simple: <strong>qu\u00e8 necessita aquest nen per poder estar b\u00e9 aqu\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No per \u201cportar-se b\u00e9\u201d. Per estar b\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inclusi\u00f3 real \u00e9s comunicaci\u00f3 funcional<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan un nen pot comunicar-ho, canvia l&#039;aula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No perqu\u00e8 es torni perfecte, sin\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 deixa d&#039;estar atrapat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un nen que pot dir (amb paraules, amb gestos, amb pictes, amb un sistema augmentatiu): \u201cnecessito un descans\u201d, \u201cno entenc\u201d, \u201cvull aix\u00f2\u201d, \u201cem molesta el soroll\u201d, \u201ctinc gana\u201d, \u201cem dol\u201d... \u00e9s un nen que ja no necessita cridar amb el cos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La comunicaci\u00f3 funcional \u00e9s una forma de prevenci\u00f3. \u00c9s una forma de dignitat. \u00c9s una forma de seguretat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s una forma d&#039;enlla\u00e7: perqu\u00e8 quan l&#039;entorn ent\u00e9n el nen, el nen se sent vist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inclusi\u00f3 real \u00e9s preparar l&#039;entorn (no exigir al nen que s&#039;adapti sol)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha una idea que fa molt de mal: \u201cja s&#039;adaptar\u00e0\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No. Els nens no s&#039;adapten per art de m\u00e0gia. S&#039;adapten quan l&#039;entorn \u00e9s predictible, quan hi ha suports visuals, quan les rutines tenen sentit, quan les transicions s&#039;anticipen, quan el material est\u00e0 ajustat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparar l&#039;entorn no \u00e9s baixar el nivell. \u00c9s dissenyar lacc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s entendre que l&#039;aprenentatge no nom\u00e9s \u00e9s contingut: \u00e9s regulaci\u00f3, atenci\u00f3, motivaci\u00f3, seguretat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inclusi\u00f3 real \u00e9s formaci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica per als professionals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formaci\u00f3 que canvia aules no \u00e9s la que omple carpetes. \u00c9s la que baixa a terra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La que ensenya a llegir senyals primerencs de desregulaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La que d\u00f3na estrat\u00e8gies concretes per anticipar crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La que mostra com ensenyar comunicaci\u00f3, com refor\u00e7ar sense sobreactivar, com estructurar una activitat perqu\u00e8 el nen pugui participar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I, sobretot, la que acompanya el docent sense judici. Perqu\u00e8 ning\u00fa no millora des de la culpa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inclusi\u00f3 real \u00e9s recursos i alian\u00e7a amb les fam\u00edlies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fam\u00edlia no \u00e9s \u201cel problema\u201d. La fam\u00edlia forma part de l&#039;equip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan una fam\u00edlia rep eines clares, quan ent\u00e9n qu\u00e8 fer a casa, com sostenir rutines, com refor\u00e7ar comunicaci\u00f3, com acompanyar sense trencar-se\u2026 el nen progressa m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I l?escola tamb\u00e9 respira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/cristinaorozbajo.com\/ca\/tips-integracio-ninosconnee-infantil-primaria-metodovicon\/\">inclusi\u00f3<\/a> real es construeix amb alian\u00e7a, no amb trucades d&#039;emerg\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quan el nen t\u00e9 eines, floreix (i tots guanyen)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan un nen se sent compr\u00e8s i segur, passa una cosa que moltes vegades sembla miracle, per\u00f2 no ho \u00e9s: \u00e9s neurodesenvolupament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Baixa l&#039;estr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apareix latenci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S&#039;obre la imitaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Millora la interacci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;aprenentatge es fa possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I llavors s\u00ed: guanya el nen, guanya el grup, guanya el docent, guanya la fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La inclusi\u00f3 real no \u00e9s rom\u00e0ntica. \u00c9s exigent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s profundament esperan\u00e7adora, perqu\u00e8 quan es fa b\u00e9 transforma vidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Si vols que parlem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">_____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ets a Espanya i est\u00e0s vivint aquesta realitat (com a fam\u00edlia, docent o centre), i vols que el mirem amb calma i amb criteri professional, <strong>pots escriure&#039;m des del formulari de <a href=\"https:\/\/cristinaorozbajo.com\/ca\/contacta-amb-el-teu-especialista-en-pedadogia-a-barcelona\/\">contacte<\/a> del meu web<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De vegades no cal \u201cm\u00e9s for\u00e7a\u201d.
