Necessites entendre qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 passant al cos ia l&#039;entorn del teu fill, i sostenir suports simples, repetibles i humans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>La regulaci\u00f3 emocional no \u00e9s obedi\u00e8ncia: \u00e9s seguretat. I la seguretat es construeix.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>regulaci\u00f3 emocional en nens amb autisme<\/strong> no millora a base de renys, premis o \u201cm\u00e0 dura\u201d. Millora quan el nen t\u00e9 m\u00e9s seguretat, m\u00e9s previsibilitat i m\u00e9s eines per anticipar, demanar ajuda i recuperar-se. I aix\u00f2, a la vida real, no es construeix amb una idea bonica: es construeix amb escenes petites que es repeteixen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imagina&#039;t un dia normal. No pas el dia ideal. Un d&#039;aquells en qu\u00e8 hi ha pressa, gana, un canvi de plans, un soroll que no esperaves, una transici\u00f3 que s&#039;allarga. El teu fill es comen\u00e7a a tensar. Potser ho notes al cos abans que a la conducta: es mou m\u00e9s, es desconnecta, s&#039;irrita, es tapa les orelles o s&#039;aferra a \u201call\u00f2 de sempre\u201d com si fos un salvavides. De vegades, des de fora, aix\u00f2 es llegeix com a tossuderia. Per\u00f2 moltes vegades \u00e9s una altra cosa: \u00e9s el sistema nervi\u00f3s dient \u201cno puc amb aix\u00f2\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed \u00e9s on canvia la mirada. Perqu\u00e8 regular-se no vol dir \u201cportar-se b\u00e9\u201d. Regular-se vol dir poder tornar a un estat on el nen pot mirar, escoltar, esperar i aprendre. I en autisme, aquest cam\u00ed sol ser m\u00e9s exigent perqu\u00e8 el cos es pot saturar amb facilitat: per soroll, per incertesa, per demandes, per son, per dolor, per socialitzaci\u00f3 intensa. Per aix\u00f2, quan arriba una crisi, no sol ser caprici. Sol ser un desbordament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Abans de la crisi: apr\u00e8n a llegir els senyals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>Quan el nen es desregula, no est\u00e0 triant \u201cportar-se malament\u201d. Est\u00e0 dient \u201cno puc amb aix\u00f2\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>La majoria de les crisis no comencen de cop: avisen. I quan aprens a veure aquests senyals primerencs, guanyes una cosa enorme: temps. Temps per baixar demanda, anticipar, ajustar l&#039;entorn, oferir una sortida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potser el teu fill s&#039;agita m\u00e9s, repeteix m\u00e9s, es torna m\u00e9s irritable o plora amb facilitat. Potser evita la mirada, es desconnecta, busca amagar-se o fugir. Potser es posa r\u00edgid amb rutines, objectes o seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies. I quan tu et converteixes en \u00e0ncora, el sistema nervi\u00f3s troba el cam\u00ed de tornada. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s <strong>regulaci\u00f3 emocional en nens amb autisme<\/strong>: no \u00e9s obedi\u00e8ncia, \u00e9s seguretat sostinguda.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El que s\u00ed que ajuda (de veritat) a casa: 7 suports que se sostenen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha fam\u00edlies que em diuen: \u201cDigues-me qu\u00e8 fer, per\u00f2 que sigui possible\u201d. I aquesta \u00e9s la clau. No es tracta de fer res m\u00e9s. Es tracta de sostenir millor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El primer suport \u00e9s la previsibilitat. No com a rigidesa, sin\u00f3 com a alleujament. Quan el teu fill sap qu\u00e8 ve, el cos es relaxa. De vegades nom\u00e9s cal parlar en dos passos: \u201cAra\u2026 i despr\u00e9s\u2026\u201d. De vegades ajuda un mini ritual de transici\u00f3: una can\u00e7\u00f3, un compte enrere, un objecte pont que acompanya el canvi. I en dies de poca energia, reduir canvis innecessaris pot ser m\u00e9s terap\u00e8utic que insistir-hi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El segon suport \u00e9s aprendre a baixar demanda sense sentir que et \u201crendeixes\u201d. Hi ha dies en qu\u00e8 el teu fill no pot amb el mateix. I tu tampoc. Aquests dies, l&#039;objectiu no \u00e9s avan\u00e7ar: \u00e9s sostenir. Un pla m\u00ednim pot ser una rutina clau (dinar o bany), un objectiu comunicatiu (demanar ajuda o demanar pausa) i una estrat\u00e8gia de calma que ja saps que funciona. No \u00e9s pas retrocedir. \u00c9s evitar que el sistema es trenqui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tercer suport \u00e9s la comunicaci\u00f3 funcional per demanar ajut abans de l&#039;esclat. Molts nens exploten perqu\u00e8 no tenen una manera efica\u00e7 de demanar el que necessiten: pausa, dist\u00e0ncia, aigua, silenci, acabar. Quan el nen apr\u00e8n que demanar funciona \u2013amb una paraula, un gest o una targeta visual\u2013, la crisi perd part de la seva \u201cfunci\u00f3\u201d. Ja no necessita cridar per ser escoltat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El quart suport \u00e9s una cosa que s&#039;oblida de vegades: ajustar l&#039;ambient abans d&#039;ajustar el nen. Si l&#039;entorn crida, el cos crida. De vegades la intervenci\u00f3 m\u00e9s potent no \u00e9s \u201cexplicar millor\u201d, sin\u00f3 canviar l&#039;escenari: baixar soroll, reduir est\u00edmul visual, evitar hores escaig, oferir moviment regulador. No \u00e9s consentir. \u00c9s higiene del sistema nervi\u00f3s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cinqu\u00e8 suport \u00e9s la co-regulaci\u00f3. I aqu\u00ed vull ser molt honest: co-regular no \u00e9s estar zen. \u00c9s oferir una \u00e0ncora. Menys paraules, veu m\u00e9s baixa, pres\u00e8ncia estable. En crisi solen funcionar millor frases curtes (\u201cS\u00f3c aqu\u00ed\u201d, \u201cT&#039;ajudo\u201d, \u201cRespira amb mi\u201d), pauses i silenci. I el contacte, nom\u00e9s si el nen el tolera. La idea no \u00e9s controlar l\u00bfemoci\u00f3. \u00c9s acompanyar-la fins que baixi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sis\u00e8 suport \u00e9s la recuperaci\u00f3 despr\u00e9s de la crisi. Aquest moment ensenya molt\u00edssim, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s fr\u00e0gil. Quan la crisi s&#039;acaba, el cos queda sensible. Si hi posem serm\u00f3, reactivem. Per aix\u00f2, despr\u00e9s sol ajudar prioritzar aigua, menjar, descans i una activitat reguladora (m\u00fasica suau, pressi\u00f3 profunda, balanceig). M\u00e9s tard, quan ja hi ha calma, s\u00ed que pots anomenar el que ha passat amb una frase simple: &quot;Va ser dif\u00edcil. La propera demanem pausa&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I el set\u00e8 suport \u00e9s el que torna tot sostenible: rutines terap\u00e8utiques. Petites escenes repetibles que construeixen toler\u00e0ncia i confian\u00e7a. La regulaci\u00f3 s&#039;entrena en microdosi, no pas en grans discursos. Dues o tres rutines al dia, sempre semblants, fan m\u00e9s que un pla perfecte que ning\u00fa no pot sostenir. Una transici\u00f3 de pantalla a activitat amb compte enrere. Vestir-se amb dues passes fixes i refor\u00e7 immediat. Sortir de casa amb una llista visual i un \u201cprimer\/despr\u00e9s\u201d. El que \u00e9s repetible calma. El ca\u00f2tic desgasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 37%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cA la <strong>regulaci\u00f3 emocional en nens amb autisme<\/strong>, la calma no apareix per m\u00e0gia: es construeix en les transicions petites. I quan hi ha seguretat, el cos pot respirar, esperar i tornar-se a connectar. No cal que el col\u00b7le \u201cfaci ter\u00e0pia\u201d. Cal que se sostinguin les condicions per poder aprendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si pots, comparteix tres coses: els senyals primerencs del teu fill, quins suports li funcionen (pausa, rac\u00f3, auriculars, anticipaci\u00f3) i qu\u00e8 el dispara (soroll, espera, canvis).
