Igual que als adults, als nens tamb\u00e9 els pren un temps anar-se&#039;n a dormir, desconnectar, comen\u00e7ar a relaxar el cos i preparar-lo per al descans. Un temps abans de l&#039;hora de dormir, rentar les dents, preparar uns llibres, lectura nocturna amb una llum t\u00e8nue, unes can\u00e7ons\u2026 pot ser un bon prefaci per ajudar-lo a agafar el son.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\"><strong>BANY<\/strong>\u00a0com a principi relaxant. Crear h\u00e0bits \u00e9s una tasca \u00e0rdua per la const\u00e0ncia que requereix per\u00f2 el bany, l&#039;aigua, les olors, el contacte \u00e9s una de les eines m\u00e9s eficaces per preparar aquesta rutina abans de dormir; l&#039;esp\u00edgol, la melissa\u2026 provoquen la relaxaci\u00f3 del cos i la ment i m\u00e9s en els nostres petits que s\u00f3n m\u00e9s suggestius a aquest tipus d&#039;estimulaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\">Posa el teu nad\u00f3 al llit <b>AVIAT<\/b>, no caiguis en el parany de mantenir el teu nad\u00f3 despert perqu\u00e8 estigui m\u00e9s cansat. At\u00e9n sempre els senyals que indiquen que el teu petit t\u00e9 somni; fregar-se els ulls, badallar, gratar-se les orelles o veure que la seva activitat f\u00edsica baixa que est\u00e0 m\u00e9s plor\u00f3 i perd l&#039;inter\u00e8s a jugar. No tinguis por d&#039;avan\u00e7ar l&#039;hora de ficar-se al llit perqu\u00e8 un nen que est\u00e0 massa cansat pot trigar m\u00e9s a adormir-se, els estudis diuen que els beus\/nens que se&#039;n van al llit m\u00e9s aviat, dormen m\u00e9s tamb\u00e9<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\">Sempre<strong> SENSE PLORAR<\/strong>\u00a0perqu\u00e8 genera alts nivells d&#039;estr\u00e8s que repercutiran en la qualitat i la quantitat del son i en el desenvolupament emocional donant lloc a dificultats per controlar les seves emocions, baixa autoestima, desconfian\u00e7a i inseguretat. Agafar-lo als bra\u00e7os \u00e9s altament benefici\u00f3s sobretot des del naixement fins als 18 mesos. Utilitza uns sons claus com Sshhhh o dir-li suaument la frase tranquil, ja est\u00e0, \u00e9s hora de dormir. Repeteix el so o la frase quan estiguis calmant el nad\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 l&#039;associ\u00ef amb el son.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\"><strong>ESPERA. <\/strong>No responguis a cada soroll que faci el teu nad\u00f3. Apr\u00e8n a distingir un plor veritable d&#039;una queixa o un adormit solit.
