Es parla molt de conciliaci\u00f3 familiar en relaci\u00f3 amb la feina per\u00f2 abans d&#039;aix\u00f2 la mare tamb\u00e9 ha de fer un altre tipus de conciliaci\u00f3, la maternal, la de la dona, la de l&#039;amiga, la de la filla, la de la \u201cesposa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\">Crec que aqu\u00ed \u00e9s on haur\u00edem de posar tota la nostra atenci\u00f3, en aquella persona que vol ressorgir per\u00f2 no amb la mateixa imatge ni fent les mateixes coses ni de la mateixa manera.<\/p>\n<img class=\"\\\"size-medium\" wp-image-555\\\" src=\"\\\"https:>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\">Hem d&#039;atendre principalment 3 aspectes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\"><strong>El cos.<\/strong> Conrear h\u00e0bits saludables fa que la ment torni a reorganitzar-se. L&#039;exercici sigui quina sigui la disciplina permet cuidar el nostre cos no d&#039;una manera exclusivament est\u00e8tica sin\u00f3 com a sistema de suport de la ment far\u00e0 que reoxigeni el nostre pensament, la nostra voluntat i el nostre ego.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\"><strong>La ment.<\/strong> Hem d&#039;organitzar la nostra voluntat, els nostres desitjos, inquietuds i restablir el dol que suposa la tornada a \u201cla vida real\u201d que ja no \u00e9s gens real per a nosaltres. L&#039;oci, la parella, la feina\u2026 s&#039;han vist transformades o han desaparegut o s&#039;han deteriorat\u2026 en definitiva han canviat i hem de fer un exercici autoreflexiu i ardu de tota la nostra \u201cnova vida\u201d. En multitud d&#039;ocasions s&#039;han repr\u00e8s aficions que guard\u00e0vem al bagul dels records, s&#039;han tornat mares emprenedores de treball compatibles amb els seus nous objectius vitals, s&#039;han reinventat la relaci\u00f3 amb l&#039;altre\u2026 \u00c9s un moment de crisi que d\u00f3na lloc a un nou ressorgiment de la persona i aquest moment d&#039;inflexi\u00f3 fa que sigui ben orientat una oportunitat reinventar-se com a persona amb una for\u00e7a i determinaci\u00f3 sorprenent. Nom\u00e9s atendr\u00e9 a un aspecte, tenir present que la vostra parella no viu aquest moment com ho feu vosaltres aix\u00ed que una vegada m\u00e9s hem de ser diplom\u00e0tiques subtils per no desestabilitzar massa les nostres parelles ja que correm el risc que es quedin a la deriva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\"><strong>Lentorn social.<\/strong> Amb la maternitat i la crian\u00e7a ens adonem que els nostres cercles canvien, les nostres amistats sense fills es distancien i altres estructures familiars es veuen atretes per empatia a aquest nostre cercle. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s cert que el cercle social de la mare es veu m\u00e9s afectat que el del pare per\u00f2 tranquil\u00b7les aquesta readaptaci\u00f3 \u00e9s natural ia poc a poc anirem recuperant i fent nous entorns de desfogament per a nosaltres, intenta sortir del teu cercle de confor i coneix gent nova que et faci vibrar i et faci sentir una altra vegada com tu vols sentir-te, localitza les teves car\u00e8ncies ferm, torna a trobar-te en aquestes situacions on ets tu en tot el teu esplendor i neteja l&#039;\u00f2xid del teu \u00e9sser social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\">Vols tenir m\u00e9s paci\u00e8ncia amb la teva fam\u00edlia, comen\u00e7a per tenir-la per a tu mateixa, per a la teva, all\u00f2 que et fa estar viva, all\u00f2 que et retroalimenta i despr\u00e9s estar\u00e0s preparada per demostrar com la paci\u00e8ncia que surt de tu cap a l&#039;exterior tamb\u00e9 ha canviat, creiem!<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\">\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\">Cristina Oroz Baix<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\">\n<img class=\"\\\"alignleft\" size-medium wp-image-481\\\" src=\"\\\"https:><\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\">\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Madre, mujer, hermana, hija, amiga, profesional&#8230;
