Nom\u00e9s quan ha passat prou temps i hi hem dedicat el temps necessari aquestes noves pautes de comportament es converteix en h\u00e0bits, aleshores actuem sense pensar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\">El nostre cervell crea h\u00e0bits a trav\u00e9s de camins neuronals, un \u201crecorregut\u201d de neurones que el nostre cervell t\u00e9 establert per repetici\u00f3 entre est\u00edmul rebut i resposta accionada. Per exemple, quan rebem un est\u00edmul extern a trav\u00e9s dels nostres sentits, per exemple, en trobar-nos en un emb\u00fas, la ment tendeix a actuar com ho fem normalment, posant-nos nerviosos, enfadant-nos seguint el cam\u00ed neuronal. Per\u00f2 s\u00ed que podem actuar sobre el car\u00e0cter que \u00e9s apr\u00e8s i modificable. Tots dos, temperament i car\u00e0cter formen la nostra personalitat plena dh\u00e0bits que formen la nostra actitud. Per desenvolupar un h\u00e0bit haurem de posar en joc 3 elements: desig, capacitat i esfor\u00e7, voler-ho fer (1), descobrir com fer-ho (2) i fer-ho fins a aconseguir que sigui un h\u00e0bit i formi
