Per\u00f2 quan ho acceptes pots crear deliberadament el que vols a la teva vida, igual que prens consci\u00e8ncia del que no vols a la teva vida i de com tu contribueixes a aix\u00f2. La majoria de nosaltres pensem i pensem sense atendre qu\u00e8 pensem. Aix\u00f2 que fem sense m\u00e9s cal entrenar-ho, entrenar-se per ser conscient del que un pensa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\">Plantejar-se freq\u00fcentment; Qu\u00e8 estic pensant? Com crea aquest pensament la meva vida? Vull que aquest pensament cre\u00ef la meva vida? Costa temps arribar a desenvolupar-ho per\u00f2 si ho convertim en un h\u00e0bit comen\u00e7a a haver-hi canvis petits r\u00e0pidament.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\"><strong>2.- Fes afirmacions positives: <\/strong>Si comencem a fer afirmacions positives, frases positives sobre la teva vida, deliberadament ia qualsevol hora, escrivint-la o dient-la davant del mirall, mirant-te als ulls i acceptant-nos. veritat\u201d. Al principi \u00e9s dur perqu\u00e8 un pensa en els seus defectes per\u00f2 comen\u00e7ar aix\u00ed el dia \u00e9s superpoder\u00f3s i efectiu i passaran coses que no t&#039;esperes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\"><strong>3.- Mereixes coses bones: <\/strong>Si no est\u00e0s conven\u00e7uda a mer\u00e8ixer coses bones com li passa a moltes persones, les coses trigaran a arribar, si fem afirmacions de prosperitat i veiem que no funciona pregunta&#039;t quantes de pobresa fas per contra cada dia. No es poden canviar les idees sense saber quines s\u00f3n. Un bon exercici \u00e9s escriure qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el que pensem dels homes, les dones, els diners\u2026 qualsevol tema i escriure tot el que se&#039;ns acudeixi, encara que no sigui agradable i veure quantes s\u00f3n positives i quantes no. Si aconsegueixes capgirar les negatives i convertir-les en positives en molts aspectes de la vida i con\u00e8ixer la Llei del pensament. Si aprens com funciona, apareixeran miracles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\"><strong>4.- Estima&#039;t a tu mateix:<\/strong> No t&#039;estimes a tu mateix, no tens autoestima, la majoria de la gent pensa que no donen la talla que no s\u00f3n prou bons, que mai faran les coses b\u00e9 i que no mereixen amor. Amb aquesta base \u00e9s dif\u00edcil crear condicions favorables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" justify;\\\"><em><strong>El que creiem de nosaltres mateixos i de la vida \u00e9s la nostra veritat.
