{"id":856,"date":"2019-01-09T09:12:41","date_gmt":"2019-01-09T08:12:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cristinaorozbajo.com\/una-investigacion-espanola-muestra-que-generamos-neuronas-hasta-los-90-anos\/"},"modified":"2019-01-09T09:12:41","modified_gmt":"2019-01-09T08:12:41","slug":"una-investigacio-espanyola-mostra-que-generem-neurones-fins-als-90-anys","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cristinaorozbajo.com\/ca\/una-investigacio-espanyola-mostra-que-generem-neurones-fins-als-90-anys\/","title":{"rendered":"Una investigaci\u00f3 espanyola mostra que generem neurones fins als 90 anys."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" center;\\\">Un <strong>estudi <\/strong>en qu\u00e8 ha participat el Consell Superior d&#039;Investigacions Cient\u00edfiques (<strong>CSIC<\/strong>) ha demostrat que <strong>una regi\u00f3 del cervell hum\u00e0<\/strong>, coneguda com<strong> gir dentat<\/strong>, produeix <strong>noves neurones<\/strong> fins a la <strong>novena d\u00e8cada<\/strong> de vida en aquelles persones que no pateixen cap malaltia neurol\u00f2gica; mentre que aquest mecanisme, anomenat neurog\u00e8nesi hipocampal adulta, es troba malm\u00e8s en pacients amb <strong>malaltia d&#039;Alzheimer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" center;\\\">\\\u00bbMalgrat produir-se una <strong>lleugera reducci\u00f3 <\/strong>en la quantitat de neurones generades durant el<strong> envelliment<\/strong>, un gran nombre d&#039;aquestes neurones encara \u00e9s present en el gir dentat d&#039;individus que no pateixen cap malaltia neurol\u00f2gica almenys fins als 87 anys d&#039;edat\u201d, explica la coordinadora de l&#039;estudi <strong>Maria Llorens-Mart\u00edn<\/strong>, investigadora al Centre de Biologia Molecular Severo Ochoa (centre mixt del CSIC i la Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Madrid).<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" center;\\\">Els<strong> resultats<\/strong>, que han estat\u00a0<a href=\"\/ca\/\"https:>publicats<\/a> a la revista \\&#039;Nature Medicine\\&#039;, s\u00f3n<strong> transcendents<\/strong> perqu\u00e8 el <strong>naixement de noves neurones <\/strong>al <strong>cervell hum\u00e0 adult<\/strong> posseeix una<strong> gran import\u00e0ncia per a la medicina moderna<\/strong>, ja que aquest tipus especial de neurones generat a l&#039;hipocamp participa en l&#039;adquisici\u00f3 de nous records i en l&#039;aprenentatge en ratolins.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"\\\"text-align:\" center;\\\">Resultats contradictoris<\/h4>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" center;\\\"><strong>Resultats recents<\/strong> han tornat a obrir el debat en aquest camp en no detectar la pres\u00e8ncia d&#039;aquestes c\u00e8l\u00b7lules al cervell hum\u00e0. Aquest treball analitza en profunditat les causes de la <strong>obtenci\u00f3 de possibles resultats contradictoris<\/strong> trobats per diferents grups de recerca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" center;\\\">L&#039;estudi tamb\u00e9 analitza de manera comparada el p<strong>roc\u00f3s de neurog\u00e8nesi hipocampal <\/strong>adulta en un grup de <strong>13 individus sans i<\/strong> <strong>45<\/strong>pacients de la <strong>malaltia d&#039;Alzheime<\/strong>r. Els autors han descobert que el <strong>nombre de noves neurones disminueix <\/strong>de <strong>manera dr\u00e0stica <\/strong>als estadis inicials de la malaltia per continuar decreixent progressivament a mesura que avan\u00e7a la malaltia. A m\u00e9s, aquestes c\u00e8l\u00b7lules troben problemes en diferents etapes del proc\u00e9s maduratiu de les neurones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" center;\\\">Com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d&#039;aquest bloqueig, el nombre de neurones generades que finalment aconseguix la maduraci\u00f3 total \u00e9s molt menor en aquests pacients. \\\u00bbAquestes troballes tenen una <strong>gran import\u00e0ncia <\/strong>a l&#039;estudi de les <strong>malalties neurodegeneratives <\/strong>i concretament a l&#039;estudi de la <strong>malaltia d&#039;Alzheimer<\/strong>\\\u00bb, afegeix.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" center;\\\">En aquest sentit, la <strong>detecci\u00f3 preco\u00e7 <\/strong>d&#039;una <strong>disminuci\u00f3<\/strong> a la generaci\u00f3 de noves neurones podria ser un marcador d&#039;hora de la malaltia. D&#039;altra banda, afegeix, &quot;si fos possible incrementar el naixement i maduraci\u00f3 de les noves neurones d&#039;una manera similar a com es fa als ratolins de laboratori, podrien obrir-se noves possibilitats terap\u00e8utiques que podrien ser \u00fatils per pal\u00b7liar o alentir l&#039;aven\u00e7 d&#039;aquesta malaltia&quot;, afirma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" center;\\\">Aquest estudi \u00e9s el resultat de la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 d&#039;investigadors de la Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Madrid, el CSIC, el Centre de Recerca Biom\u00e8dica en Xarxa de Malalties Neurodegeneratives (Ciberned), la Fundaci\u00f3 CIEN i la Universitat Europea de Madrid.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"\\\"text-align:\" center;\\\">Desenvolupament de la investigaci\u00f3<\/h4>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" center;\\\">L&#039;estudi demostra que els<strong> tractaments qu\u00edmics<\/strong> als que \u00e9s necessari<strong> sotmetre <\/strong>les<strong> mostres de teixit cerebral hum\u00e0 <\/strong>per a la seva <strong>posterior estudi<\/strong> afecten de manera cr\u00edtica la <strong>detecci\u00f3 <\/strong>de la pres\u00e8ncia de les neurones immadures. Els investigadors van demostrar que, despr\u00e9s de sotmetre mostres obtingudes dels mateixos subjectes a diferents tractaments qu\u00edmics, s&#039;observaven n\u00fameros de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules molt diferents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" center;\\\">A m\u00e9s, quan aquests tractaments eren m\u00e9s agressius o prolongats en el temps, el senyal em\u00e8s per les noves neurones desapareixia completament. \\\u00bbEl nostre treball identifica una <strong>combinaci\u00f3 de m\u00e8todes <\/strong>que permet <strong>visualitzar el naixement de noves neurones <\/strong>al gir dentat hum\u00e0 adult. Aquesta metodologia ens ha perm\u00e8s con\u00e8ixer, per primera vegada, dades \u00faniques sobre la maduraci\u00f3 de les noves neurones generades en aquesta regi\u00f3 del cervell\u201d, assenyala.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\\\"text-align:\" center;\\\">Aix\u00ed, continua, hem pogut estudiar en profunditat les etapes que travessen les<strong> noves neurones<\/strong> abans de madurar totalment, quines prote\u00efnes sintetitzen, i com van canviant de forma i de posici\u00f3 dins el gir dentat.
