Why the ABA methodology?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The methodology of the <strong>Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) <\/strong>It is the only scientifically proven effective treatment for children with ASD and PDD. It focuses on applying basic behavioral principles to children&#039;s significant behaviors. <strong>Behavior itself as the objective of change.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\\\"has-text-align-center\\\"\"><em><strong>ABA<\/strong> It is the treatment in the branch of psychology that has provided <strong>Greater number of quality scientific studies, published in journals with methodological review criteria, demonstrating the effectiveness of various behavioral procedures and techniques<\/strong> in the reduction of inappropriate behaviors, as well as in the increase in the repertoire of appropriate behaviors and new skills, specifically in children with <strong>autism.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The methodology that accompanies us in the method seeks to identify the functional relationships between behavior and the environment. The application of <strong>ABA programming defines the Method in a complete, precise and systematic way.<\/strong> The procedures are linked and described in terms of basic principles of effective behavior and we seek to make changes in behavior <strong>significant<\/strong> for children and their families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In general, an attempt is made to adopt a methodology that contains <strong>procedures that can be applied to many individuals in different locations<\/strong> (Baer, Wolf and Risley, 1957). A treatment that contemplates and intervenes in <strong>all areas of development<\/strong> of the child affected either by defect or excess. A treatment is designed using basic learning principles. In this way, we achieve that the <a href=\"\/en\/\"https:><strong>VICON Method<\/strong><\/a><strong> have positive results in any child<\/strong> <strong>with difficulties<\/strong> of learning, communication and socialization even at <strong><a href=\"\/en\/\"https:>verbal children<\/a><\/strong>, because its methodology is based on the principles of learning that any other person without a disability learns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The intervention program is aimed at <strong>functional development<\/strong> of all critical areas in a child&#039;s development. In the designed programming, <strong>The skills to be taught are broken down into small learning particles ideal for the format of <a href=\"\/en\/\"https:>video<\/a><\/strong> thus ensuring that objectives are met across a wide variety of diagnostic profiles.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These procedures and intervention techniques have been and continue to be developed internationally through the <strong>research by thousands of ABA professionals<\/strong>. We use the <strong>Positive Reinforcement<\/strong> integrated into the program itself, in our teaching through the <strong><a href=\"\/en\/\"https:>music<\/a> and the great motivation that most children have for a video format<\/strong>.
