A psychologist was giving a lecture when he picked up an orange and said to a young man: "If I squeeze this orange as hard as I can, what would come out?"<\/em> To which the boy replied: "Juice, of course!" <\/em>The professional asked him again: "Do you think apple juice could come out of it?"<\/em> And the young man, laughing, replied: "No!" "And grapefruit juice?" <\/em>he insisted. "Neither!", <\/em>The assistant denied it again. It was then that the psychologist asked the following question: "Why? Why does it come out orange juice when I squeeze an orange?" "Well, it's an orange, and that's what's inside." <\/em>argued those present.<\/p>\n

"Right, let's assume this isn't a fruit and you're any of you, that someone is squeezing you, putting pressure on you, and offending you. Anger, hatred, bitterness, and fear would arise from you. Why does this come out?" <\/em>said the lecturer. "Because it's what's inside me,"<\/em> one of the attendees responded.
\n"This is one of life's great lessons you must learn. What emerges from you when you are pressured? If anger and hatred come out, it's because that's what's inside, and what you have inside depends only on you; it's your choice." <\/em>the psychologist concluded. So you'd better fill yourself with love and happiness.<\/p>\n
